Blindspot is a self-discovery platform that allows users to take personality quizzes, invite friends to answer questions about them, and compare self-perception with how others perceive them. The Service includes features such as:

• Self-assessment and friend-assessment quizzes
• Blind spot insights and perception analysis
• AI-generated personality reports and daily insights
• Group rounds and leaderboards
• Well-being check-ins
• Weekly and AI-powered growth challenges
• Custom question packs (premium feature)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Data & Privacy

5. Anonymous Feedback

A core feature of Blindspot is anonymous friend feedback. By participating in the Service, you understand and agree that:

• Friends' individual responses about you are anonymous and aggregated
• You will not attempt to identify individual respondents
• Feedback is intended for personal growth and self-awareness, not for harm
• You will provide honest and constructive feedback when answering about others

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

Blindspot offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the respective store's terms and payment policies.

Subscription management, including cancellation and renewal, is handled through your app store account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Spotti mascot character, quiz content, algorithms, and software — are owned by I Lov Guitars Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

9. AI-Generated Content

Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate insights, personality reports, and growth challenges. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Blindspot is a self-discovery and personal growth tool. It is not a substitute for professional psychological counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Lov Guitars Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Lov Guitars Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will remove your personal data from our systems.
